Help us bring our next journal issue to print
Dear Readers,
As we are busy crafting our next issue, with so many amazing submissions(!), we need your help to get it printed and into your hands.
With each journal issue, it can feel like we are impossibly far from the funding we need, but somehow by the grace of God (and the generosity of our subscribers and advertisers) we are able to pull through and print yet another beautiful journal. But that's how we operate: one journal at a time, trusting that the funding will come if our Lord wants us to continue.
We write to ask for your help: we are still several thousand dollars away from being able to print our next journal. Please take a look and see if you can help in any of these ways:
1. Send a donation of any amount! (Donation instructions are at the bottom of this email.)
2. Soliciting your favorite businesses to place a tasteful ad. We aim to have this journal printed and shipped by early fall, but it's a great time for merchants to start advertising early for Christmas!
3. Supporting your favorite business (and us at the same time) by donating the funding for an ad. This is a great way to double the punch and "kill two birds with one stone", (or support two businesses/nonprofits with one donation).
4. Printing a congratulatory announcement for a birth, graduation, wedding, anniversary, or birthday, or a memorial for your deceased loved one by sharing a photo, name, and a petition for prayer. Cost for this is the same as ad prices.

I'm wondering if you might consider placing a small ad in Soul Gardening Journal's upcoming fall issue titled OAK. I think it would be a beautiful brand and mission fit!
You can check them out at www.soulgardeningjournal.com. The journals print twice annually and focus on handmade beauty with reflections, essays, poems, prayers, book reviews and original artwork from a wide variety of women, drawing focus away from busy screens and towards a tangible, more contemplative reading experience. Soul Gardening Journal celebrates and explores the value, dignity and uniqueness of Woman, made by God, and the pilgrim journeys of wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, religious, or single women, addressing both their spiritual and practical needs.
Soul Gardening Journal has always been donation-driven, making it free to readers, but relies on tasteful advertisements to subsidize the cost. Your ad would go out to over 2,000 women, many of whom are mothers, with both buying power and a passion for beauty, craft, truth, and intentional living.
Here's the info for you to consider:
FULL PAGE : 4.25" x 7" = $900 (includes a box of 10 journals to share!)
HALF PAGE: 3.5” x 4.25" = $500
QUARTER PAGE: 4”x 2” = $300
SQUARE: 2”x2" = $150
To get an ad into our upcoming issue OAK, the ad needs to be sent with payment by May 1.
The ad should be black and white and sent as a PDF file, exported at 300DPI. Dimensions of the designed ad should be exactly the dimensions it will be when published, so will correspond with the ad you purchase. The SGJ design team is happy to create an ad if you have a logo and text to work with.
